San Martín Square, is a prominent public space named after General José de San Martín, a hero of Peru's independence. The square is known for its impressive statue of San Martín, which stands as a tribute to his role in liberating Peru from Spanish rule. Surrounded by elegant neocolonial buildings, including the famous Gran Hotel Bolívar, the square is a symbol of national pride and a key spot for cultural and social gatherings in the city.

Jirón de la Unión, is a historic pedestrian street in the heart of Lima, once the city's most prestigious avenue. Stretching from Plaza San Martín to Plaza de Armas, it was the main thoroughfare where Lima’s elite would stroll, lined with elegant shops, cafés, and colonial mansions. Today, it remains a bustling commercial street, blending the old with the new, where visitors can experience a mix of traditional architecture, modern stores, and vibrant city life.

Peru's Main Square, known as Plaza de Armas, is the historic and cultural heart of Lima. Surrounded by significant landmarks like the Presidential Palace, the Cathedral of Lima, and the Archbishop's Palace, the square has been the center of Peruvian life since the city’s founding in 1535. With its lush gardens, ornate colonial architecture, and a central bronze fountain dating back to the 17th century, Plaza de Armas is a symbol of Lima’s rich history and remains a vibrant gathering place for both locals and visitors.

Convent of San Francisco, is a renowned colonial-era landmark famous for its stunning architecture and historical significance. Built in the 17th century, the convent is a prime example of Spanish Baroque style, featuring intricately carved wooden ceilings, an impressive library, and beautiful cloisters. Beneath the convent lies a vast network of catacombs, once used as a burial site, where the remains of thousands of Lima’s early inhabitants are arranged in eerie patterns. The site offers a fascinating glimpse into the city’s colonial past and religious heritage.

Aliaga House, is the oldest continuously inhabited house in the Americas. Built in 1535 on land granted by Francisco Pizarro, it has been home to the Aliaga family for over 17 generations. The mansion is a remarkable example of colonial architecture, featuring beautifully preserved rooms with antique furniture, ornate woodwork, and intricate tilework. It offers a unique glimpse into the colonial past and the legacy of one of Lima's most prominent families.
